February, 2022 – As part of the Ecological, Environmental & Spatial Data Processing unit, EMME M1 students were assigned by Francis Raoul to lead their very own study on spatial modelling of bird species and distribution in Besançon.
Students split into pairs and spent a whole morning in different quadrants of Besançon searching for common bird species in the city. They cited their most interesting finds as the common kestrel, the great cormorant and the Eurasian bullfinch.
